I added vinegar and high conc isopropyl alcohol too but the ink turned moldy..does alum and salt help with preservation better? Also my ink changes colour...how to stop that?

Hi! Mybkiuthwstering😂 I was trying to say my mouth is watering already.... I have kilos of wild fennel growing around. Nee er tried it 😢 cause for example those leaces just look like needles to me, i keeo thinking its gonna hurt me......does it lose that needle feel in gogurt for example? I make jam but always with box pectin. Was hoping you would show how to use the green apple pectin.
